Case Study 4: Non-Skid Epoxy
This job called for an installation of 1/4 inch power-troweled mortar with a very aggressive non-skid finish meant to protect workers from slipping on manufacturing residues that collect on the floor. A custom red color was chosen to diminish process residue between regular cleanings. This flooring system needed to be long lasting and durable, not only for frequent cleaning but also to hold up to the wear and tear of intensive forklift usage. This is a system made by General Polymers.
